Gaia Japanese Fusion offers its customers a sophisticated, but a memorable dining experience. With unique Japanese dishes on the menu, Gaia pleases its guests with ravishing food that tastes much better than its aesthetic looks.
The restaurant is located in a cosy part of Phase 5, and you can tell from the exterior that dining here will be a fancy affair. The restaurant offers seating on its first floor, mostly exposed to natural light from the wall-sized windows upfront.
Guests dining here are able to overlook the dining and open kitchen from above. The interior is quite vibrant, having huge colorful paintings that are quite a unique site in restaurants now-a-days.
The second dining is in the basement, which has a contemporary interior and an extremely lavish vibe to it. The place is dimly lit, and has an open bar concept towards the end of it where people can sit and enjoy special mocktails. The restaurant is extremely hushed, with whispers of people talking across the candle lit table. A suitable place for a time to relax or to enjoy a long due dinner date with friends and family.
The food is always plated to impress you, and the menu is full of dishes not available in most restaurants in Lahore – like Lobster, Octopus Salad, etc.
Our Food Recommendation at Gaia
The Gaia special sushi is crunchy, with a lot of special spicy sauces on top, filled with prawn tempura, salmon, and tobiko.
The Black Cod is Gaia’s speciality. A dish based on the Black Cod prepared by Michelin Star chef Nobu - it’s a perfectly cut piece of a special kind of fish, which is sweet with chilli after taste, plated beautifully too.
